A new Variety Sunshine Coach, proudly sponsored by Vili’s, will connect Booborowie Primary School students with more learning, recreational and developmental opportunities.

Booborowie Primary School has received a new Variety Sunshine Coach, helping its students access more experiences beyond the school gates.

With just 20 students from Reception to Year 6, the school faces many of the challenges that come with providing education in a remote community. Long travel distances and transport costs can make it difficult for students to participate in swimming lessons, excursions and other important learning opportunities.

The new Sunshine Coach will provide the school with safe and reliable transport, making it easier for students to take part in educational, recreational and developmental activities.

More than just a bus, the coach will help students stay connected with neighbouring communities, explore new places and enjoy experiences that may otherwise have been out of reach.

The Variety Sunshine Coach was presented during the 2026 SA Variety Bash and was proudly sponsored by Variety SA Gold Sponsor Vili’s. There was also a special surprise for the students, with AFL legend Tony Modra joining the Vili’s crew to say hello and help celebrate the arrival of their new coach.
