Sally is the Executive Director of The Beerenberg Family Farm, a sixth-generation family business renowned for its premium jams, sauces, and dressings enjoyed across Australia and in 23 countries worldwide.
After earning a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and later a Master of Social Science, Sally built her career in international development and community services management in Victoria before returning to South Australia in 2008 to join the family enterprise. In 2011, she proudly accepted the Telstra South Australian Business of the Year Award on behalf of Beerenberg.
As Marketing Director and Board Member, Sally led Beerenberg’s transformative rebrand in 2013, positioning the brand for global growth. Today, she focuses on expanding Beerenberg’ s presence as an internationally loved Australian brand.
Sally also serves as Director of the Beerenberg Foundation, established in 2011 to support initiatives that conserve and celebrate Hahndorf’s natural, built, and cultural heritage. She has been a Board Member of Variety the Children’s Charity of South Australia since 2021, joined the Adelaide Hills Tourism Board in 2023, and graduated from Harvard Business School in 2024.
A passionate supporter of Variety, Sally has participated in two Variety Bashes and numerous fundraising events, with many more to come.
