Congratulations to Roger Butler on receiving an individual Variety From the Heart Award. 

Roger has proudly served Variety for more than 20 years in countless ways. Starting on the Bash in MW1 back in 2003, he later moved to MW8 before stepping off the tools in 2019 to join the officials in OV8, where he served until 2024. This year, Roger joined the survey team as lead in OVZ. 

Roger truly epitomises the selfless volunteer and is always making himself available for working bees, random office tasks, and those odd trade jobs that support our grants program. An incredibly deserving recipient.
